Born and raised in lagos, Nigeria, Eyiwumi Olawale Pelumi, better known as Peeray is a singer and songwriter that is ready to take over the music scene.

from the age of 5, peeray loved music. he used to sing and perform for his family and friends, that was when he grew into loving music and decided from then that music was his calling.

in 2019 he released his first official single titled ‘one day’ a very personal song to him that details his goals and aspiration. this song introduced him to the world and the response was a very positive one. it’s songs like this and his viral social media videos that got a lot of people paying attention to him.

Peeray describes his sound as afropop but does not box himself as he is versatile and can glide through all genres. his voice sets him apart from other musicians as it’s unique and embodies a memorable texture.

2023 he collaborated on a couple of features leading up to his official 2024 solo release titled ‘letter to god’
